Refund and Returns Policy

At FreelanceSheet, we want you to be satisfied with our digital tools and services. However, due to the nature of digital goods, please read our policy carefully.

1. Digital Products (Excel Sheets & Tools)

Since our products are downloadable software/files, they are categorized as “non-returnable” once access is granted.

  • No Refunds: Generally, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been generated or used, as the product cannot be “returned”.
  • Exceptional Cases: We may consider a refund if the file is proven to be corrupted or defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us within 24 hours for a refund of the duplicate amount.

2. Freelance Services (Excel Automation & VA)

  • Cancellations: You may cancel a service request for a full refund if work has not yet started.
  • Partial Refunds: If work is in progress, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
  • Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the delivered service, we offer a set number of revisions (as specified in your project agreement) to meet your requirements.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approval: Once your request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2-3 business days.
  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
